In general, you are respnsible to bring own personal clothing, suitable for the activity. The requirements will be clarified in front of the activity. It is posible to rent wet suit clothings of Outdoor Finnskogen in cases of padling.
When relevant, you will recieve a list of packing for your booked course or activity.

How to get here?
Most of the activities are held by Outdoor Finnskogen will take place in the region of Kongsvinger, with the Finn-Forests as main area. Many of the activites will take place by our base camp at the farm Steinreisberget by the lake Steinreien. Other locations will be clarified in the advertisement of the activity..
The farm is placed in the little settlement Lunderseter, among road 205 between the settlements Roverud og Svullrya. Lunderseter is found about 25 kilometers North-East for Kongsvinger town.

Safety, responsibility and insurance
Outdoor Finnskogen fascilitate activites based on a long Nordic tradition, putting the principal “ferd etter evne” in front; meaning the challenges are adjusted to competence. In our oppinion outdoor life, in the meaning “friluftsliv”, is ment to support a safe and health providing life style, with an aware and responsible risk management in our activities.
Outdoor Finnskogen works continuiously to reduce any potential risk in our activities. But even though, accidents and medical cases can always occur, even during the safest conditions. All guides and instructors of Outdoor Finnskogen is covered by occupational and liability insurance, but these doesn`t cover eventually wounds and illness of our guests, neither any damage on their equipment. Outdoor Finnskogen encourages all our guests to get their own insurance.
All the guests of Outdoor Finnskogen duties to obey the guidelines from our guides and instructors. On suspicion of use of alcohol or other drug abuse, or in case of any other inappropriate behaviour, Outdoor Finnskogen reserve the right to expel guests from the activities, with no refundation.
By some occations, customers of Outdoor Finnskogen might have to fill a declaration for health, and confirm that they participate by own free will.
Terms for payment
All booked activites should be payed in front, before it starts, if not other agreemt has been made between customer and Outdoor Finnskogen.
Some events requires pre-booking and deposit. Other terms apply to taylor made programs.
Terms of cancellation
Outdoor Finnskogen might have to cancel activities due to weather, illnes or other unforseen reasons. In these cases the customer will be fully refunded.
In general, registered and payed participation in activity will not be refunded, if the customer by any reason have to cancel.
Own terms apply in cases of taylor made activites, ordered by a customer. In general, if customer cancel at least three weeks in front, the total amount of money are refunded, except for the deposit. Later cancellations causes no refundation.
